At Perspectives Behavior Consulting, my mission is to create a world that embraces neurodiversity, champions inclusivity, and dismantles ableism. I am committed to providing compassionate, neurodiversity-affirming, and trauma-informed services that empower individuals and organizations to thrive. Grounded in the belief that every person’s unique perspective is a valuable part of the tapestry of human experience, I strive to foster understanding, celebrate diversity, and promote equity in all that I do. I am driven to make a positive impact in the lives of other neurodivergent individuals and their communities, creating a future where everyone can flourish. While I do provide individual services, the bulk of this work must be focused on systems change alongside self-determined individual change. I recognize that the systems that disable people (i.e. education, medicine, work, etc.) bear most of the responsibility for change. Perspectives Behavior is committed to disrupting the current systems and holding those who uphold oppressive systems accountable for their complicity.
